These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Logesys Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. ("Logesys", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the AutoInsight platform, website, and related services (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AutoInsight is an AI Intelligence Platform that delivers answers and insights from the data sources you connect — no dashboards, no manual searching. We may update, improve, or modify features over time to keep the Service effective and secure.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of the Service.
• Upload data you do not have the right to use, or that infringes third-party rights.
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.

You retain all rights, title, and interest in the data you connect or submit to the Service ("Your Data"). We claim no ownership over Your Data.

You grant us a limited licence to process Your Data solely to operate and provide the Service to you. Consistent with our promise, your data is never taken home — we do not use Your Data to train shared or third-party models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as a data processor and you act as the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and comparable laws. In that capacity we will:

• Process personal data only on your documented instructions and to provide the Service.
• Apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
• Ensure personnel with access are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Assist you, where reasonable, with data subject requests and compliance obligations.
• Delete or return personal data on termination, subject to legal retention requirements.

Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection as described in the Privacy Policy. Where a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is required, one is available on request.

The Service, including its software, models, design, and content (excluding Your Data), is owned by Logesys and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription term. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Access to paid features is subject to the fees and billing terms agreed in your order or subscription. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes, non-cancellable, and non-refundable. We may suspend the Service for overdue payments after reasonable notice.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI-generated insights are intended to support, not replace, your judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for decisions made based on the Service's output.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logesys will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will handle Your Data in line with the Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under your local law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
